PLEASE NOTE: Each of our photo packages include a specific amount of time for your photo session. To make sure you receive the maximum number of photos included in your package, please be on time, have your property photo-ready, and communicate any special shot requests to us in advance. Each of our photo packages also include a maximum number of shots taken during your photo session. Any additional photos taken, beyond what is included in your package, will be billed at our standard per photo rate.

THE PHOTO SESSION: In order to provide our clients with quality photos and excellent value, our photographers will shoot your property in the most efficient manner possible at their discretion. If you feel you would like to direct the photographic experience or supervise each compositional setup, you will need to purchase a custom photo package.

IMAGE EDITING: All photo packages include our standard image editing. If you need objects added to or removed from a photo or you need custom image adjustments, please contact us for pricing on our Advanced Editing services.

IMAGE DELIVERY:  Photos are typically delivered within one to two business days, but may take longer depending on our workload or holiday hours.

Our photo package add-ons and options are available with the purchase of any residential photo package. Our add-ons and options are offered at a discounted rate and some conditions may apply. 2D FLOOR PLANS

Let us create a 2D floor plan of your home. You will receive a 2D black and white floor plan with interior room measurements. Each floor plan is conveniently delivered as a PDF. If you need a floor plan for a commercial property, including multi-unit apartment buildings, please contact us. Our floor plan measurements are relatively accurate but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies with measurements. Please allow two to five business days for the delivery of your floor plan.

MATTERPORT 3D VIRTUAL TOURS

If you need a virtual tour for a multi-unit residential building, commercial property, or a rental property, please contact us. Our Matterport virtual tours include six months of hosting.
